Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• "User"

  refers to any individual who downloads, registers for, or uses the Dari App.

• "Company", "we", "us", or "our"

  refers to the developer and operator of the Dari App.

• "Service"

  refers to all features and functionalities provided through the app, including ordering, payment, and delivery services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dari App, or by clicking "I Agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments.

3. Account Registration

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the app.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Pricing

Prices, fees, and applicable charges are displayed within the app and may be updated from time to time with prior notice where required by law.

All orders are subject to confirmation by the Company.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including service unavailability or suspected misuse.

5. Payment

Payment may be made using cash on delivery or other payment methods made available within the app for some of the services only.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of unresolved payment disputes or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather events, or technical issues.

The Company shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by such external factors.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available through the app, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from the Company.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

Any violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Dari App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the app shall not exceed the total amount paid by you through the app during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting customer support.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Amendments to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated through the app prior to becoming effective.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions
